IR Broadcast: IR functions work if home appliances like AC, TV, FAN,
and Curtain are in the line of sight of GP3SWITCH. This is due to the limitations of
Infrared Technology itself.
Voice Feature: Human voice is locally analyzed by GP3SWITCH. The result
solely depends on the loudness of the environment noise where the Switch is fitted. All
voice commands are preprogrammed into the GP3SWITCH, and the result accuracy can vary
based on environmental noise, user voice volume, user accent, and the distance from
where the input command is spoken.
Micro Motion Detector: The Micro Motion Detector detects not only human
motion but all types of motion. Its accuracy and range depend on the placement of the
GP3SWITCH in the home. The range may vary if it does not cover the complete room area.
LCD Touch operation: The GP3SWITCH LCD display uses capacitive sensing
to operate switches with human bare fingers, similar to a smartphone. Its functionality
may not work properly if weighted hands are used to switch it on or off.
Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing or using our Products you agree to
these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use or purchase our Products.
Product Use & Installation: Must be installed per the user manual
and relevant safety standards. Installation by a qualified electrician is
required; improper installation voids warranty.
Warranty & Returns: Limited 2 year manufacturer warranty against
manufacturing
defects. Excludes damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, accident, improper
installation or normal wear and tear. Defective Products returned with proof of purchase
will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
Liability & Disclaimer: We disclaim all indirect, incidental,
special or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price
paid for the Product.
Safety & Compliance: Products comply with applicable Indian
electrical and EMC standards. Use in dry, indoor locations only unless otherwise rated.
Intellectual Property: All trademarks, designs, logos, and software in
or with the Products are the Company’s exclusive property. No license is granted except
as needed to operate the Products.
Payment & Pricing: Prices as listed on www.gp3switch.com, exclusive
of taxes. Full payment required before dispatch. We accept major credit cards, UPI, and
bank transfers.
Shipping & Delivery: Ships within 3–8 business days of cleared
payment. Risk of loss passes to Customer upon delivery to carrier.
Changes to Terms: We may revise these Terms at any time by posting
updates at www.gp3switch.com/terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
